Products that have been opened or received without the original seal cannot be returned or replaced unless a manufacturing defect is proven and reported to us on the same day of receiving the product, along with a photo as evidence. If this is not done within the first hours of purchase, the product will not be replaced. Products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the order number.
You can return or replace the product within 5 days of receiving it.
In case of receiving an incorrect/wrong product, Daman Store will cover the shipping, return, and replacement for the customer.
The product must be in its original condition as when purchased, with all accessories, in its original packaging, and nothing missing.
In case of purchasing a bundle or offer package, the customer must return all products included in the package. Partial returns are not allowed, and all products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the above criteria. Such products will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs both ways. Ensuring the product reaches us in good condition is the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays by the shipping company in delivering the product to us, whether due to late delivery to the courier or other reasons related to the replacement request.

Product replacements are processed within 2 to 10 business days from the arrival, evaluation, and inspection of the shipment at the warehouse.
